The UV-C LED Flowing Sterilization Module is a disinfection device designed for flowing water . Its core principle is to use UV-C light in the 220-285nm wavelength range to destroy the DNA or RNA molecular structure of microbial cells in the flowing water, causing vegetative cells to die or reproductive cells to lose their ability to reproduce, thereby achieving the purpose of sterilization. Sterilization is completed instantly as water through, and the "instant sterilization upon activation" feature reduces the possibility of secondary water pollution from the source. The sterilization process does not require the addition of any chemical agents, making it an environmentally friendly and pollution-free water treatment solution.

The performance of such modules depends on precise structural design and the collaboration of core components. A typical structure includes a housing, a light-transmitting tube, a UV-C LED sterilization assembly, and a reflection device, etc. Equipped with UV-C LED, it can achieve an instantaneous sterilization rate of 99.99% even at low power, with a service life of over 8000 hours. Some modules will be coated with reflective coatings on the inner side walls of the pipeline. Through the reflection of light, the blind spots of irradiation are reduced to ensure that the water flow is exposed to ultraviolet rays in all directions. With the maturity of technology, there has been a gradual shift towards high-flow sterilizers. At present, our company covers a flow range of 1-50L/min, and some large sterilizers can reach 2-10T/H.
